CAMDEN AND SALEM COUNTY WINNERS
SPLIT $403,444 JERSEY CASH 5 JACKPOT
TRENTON, NJ – (February 3, 2010) – The two owners of Jersey Cash 5 jackpot tickets that were sold in Camden and Salem Counties have split the top prize of $ 403,444 for the Jersey Cash 5 drawing held on Tuesday, February 2. Each winning ticket is worth $201,722.
Acting Executive Director Steven Palmieri said the winning tickets were the only two sold for Tuesdays drawing that matched all five numbers drawn. The winning numbers were: 01, 05, 14, 27 and 28.
The Camden County ticket was purchased at Pantry One Food Mart, located at 501 Black Horse Pike in Glendora . The Salem County ticket was sold at Sunoco-Woodstown, located at 1170 Route 40 in Pilesgrove.
“We are thrilled that the winning jackpot tickets were sold at Pantry One Food Mart and Sunoco-Woodstown, said Acting Executive Director Palmieri. “For selling these tickets, each of these businesses will receive a bonus check for $750. Overnight, these retailers have become two more ‘lucky locations for some very fortunate winners.
Palmieri also noted that 5,591 other players won $121,481 in cash prizes in the drawing. For correctly picking four numbers, 161 players won cash prizes of $451.00 each, and for correctly matching three numbers, 5,430 players won $9.00 each.
