According to Abbott she purchased two $250000 MONOPOLY&8482; tickets and won $20 on the first one. I couldnt believe the second ticket was also a winner so I asked the clerk to check and make sure it was a winner she said. Abbott purchased her winning ticket at Kwik Trip Texaco located at 8403 Atlantic Boulevard in Jacksonville.
