DENVER Since no one won Wednesdays Powerball jackpot the games top prize has risen to $200 million. Thats the largest jackpot since Aug. 19 2009 when the jackpot hit $259.9 million. That jackpot was won by a retired state worker from Columbia South Carolina. The current jackpot is worth $96.3 million in cash.

Through those partners the Lottery has provided funding for new trails expanded parks precious open space and wildlife protection. The Lottery has returned more than $2 billion to the state of Colorado over the last 26 years including $119.6 million in Fiscal Year 2009.
