DENVER July 13 2010 The Colorado Lotterys $10.8 million Lotto jackpot is the now sixth largest prize offered by any Lottery nationwide. The jackpot which hasnt been hit since Feb. 27 2010 is worth $5.4 million in cash. The last time the jackpot was this big was in October 2008.
With the rising Lotto jackpot Colorado residents now have a shot at winning three of the nations top 10 largest jackpots. Mega Millions is ranked No. 1 with a $52 million top prize and Powerball is second with a $20 million jackpot.

And Lotto isnt the only Colorado Lottery Jackpot game on a roll. MatchPlay which launched in February is offering a jackpot worth $463636. No one has won the games top prize since April 2nd.
The MatchPlay drawing will be held at approximately 740 p.m. tonight; while the Mega Millions drawing will take place at 9 p.m. Tickets for tonights drawing are available until 730 p.m.
