Banco gives you the possibility to play several selections at the same time with the COMBINAISON slip. You can also choose the Forfait quotidien and play Banco, La Quotidienne 3 and La Quotidienne 4 simultaneously.
With Banco Spécial, simply pick 20 numbers from 1 to 70. Each play costs $5.
What makes Banco Spécial especially fun is that you can win a prize without having even a single matching number! You can also win a daily grand prize of up to $1 million if you get between 15 and 20 matching numbers.

For each Banco draw, balls numbered from 1 to 70 are placed in a single ball machine that enables 20 winning numbers to be drawn randomly. Players wager on between 2 and 10 numbers. So, you can participate in different types of wagers, such as wager 2, wager 3, wager 4, wager 5, wager 6, wager 7, wager 8, wager 9 and/or wager 10. You can also wager various amounts, such as $5 or $10. In all, there are 22 winning categories, varying from 2/2 to 10/10. With wager 10 at $1, you can win between $5 and $200,000.
Each Banco draw is paired with the Banco Spécial draw. In fact, the numbers drawn are used for both lotteries.
The major difference between Banco and Banco Spécial is the latter's simplicity! The player picks 20 numbers from 1 to 70. Each play costs $5. A player can even win a prize without getting a single matching number, and 15 to 20 matching numbers will win the lucky player $1 million*.
Loto-Québec reserves the right to limit some prizes, as mentioned on the back of the selection slip.
Banco and Banco Spécial lotteries are sold in Québec only
Banco was launched on September 15, 1989, and Banco Spécial was launched on April 30, 2001
Banco Spécial and Triplex are the only lotteries that let you win even if you have no winning numbers.
For Banco, ask the retailer for the numbers of plays (up to 5 per ticket), the type of wager (from a 2-number wager to a 10-number wager), the amount you want to wager ($1, $2, $5 or $10), as well as the number of draws (up to 28) you want.
For Banco Spécial, ask the retailer for the number of plays (up to 5 per ticket) and draws (up to 7) you want.
You may also play Extra with both games.
The Replay Option allows you to renew the ticket’s selections for upcoming draws when the ticket is validated. The main advantage is that you do not need to keep your selection slip or fill one out every time you wish to replay your favourite selection.
With the Replay Option, all tickets can be replayed. Replayed tickets contain the same selections and Extra numbers as the original ticket. A non-participating Extra number on the original ticket can be activated for the replayed ticket. A ticket can be replayed in the 30 days following the date of the last draw and you can change the number of draws for which you want to replay your ticket.
