BCLC has been running British Columbias lottery system since 1984. Their objective is to raise revenue and distribute its net income to the goverment for the benefit of the people and the communities of BC. The provincial lottery is BC/49. Other lottery games "Extra", Keno, Sports Action, Pull Tabs, Scratch & win, Pacific Hold em Poker, and Millionaire Life.
The Canadian national lotteries are: Lotto 6/49, and Lotto Max. Lotto Super 7 has been discontinued.
